Hello All,
I have Purchased a new Row house in Aurangabad at satara Parisar(Rural Area). The amount i have purchased the row house is Rs. 18Lac. The builder is asking me to pay the service tax of of 2.58%.
I have read some posts on internet that the Setvice tax is not applicable for the houses worths less than RS 20Lac .
I just want to know is it true and if yes then any law Number or law name for that.
