I filed a suit seeking recovery of money, based on Promissory note. The suit was decreed in my favor. Defendants have 2 Lands in another district. My lawyer filed a petition for Transfer of Decree under Section 39 of CPC. Court returned the Petition asking for different format, my lawyer is delaying for many weeks to file in different format.
Can someone please send the format?

@sun shine: - Sir, You may be elder to me or Advocate Venu, but we expect a little good behavior from people. Is it really so difficult to maintain good decorum especially when we do not know each other?

I totally agree with you sir, but good behaviour is also expected from Lawyer side. Venu's reply is definitely rude. you replied back with few sections of cpc and suggested for paid conference. while another lawyer advised to insist my lawyer, but at the same time Venu said "no legal elements".
If you had included Venu in your reply, that would be a fair decision

May be it would have been far but please appreciate that opinion or ability differs from lawyers to lawyers.
