I have filed a divorce petition in Jan'12. But respondent(wife) has not submit w/s in court & also changing her lawers every time(3 lawers in 6 dates). Plz suggest how to go now? also can i getdecision in my favour through exparty ?

ask the court to close her opportunity to file WS as 90 days are already over from notice date.
if judge pass this order.. then she wont be able to file her defence and proceeding will move on only your petitioner. one sided//

in marriage petitions, even after 90+ days, even after NO SAY order, wife can E A S I L Y get NO SAY order SET ASIDE ... just by submitting a single page containing a few lines.
