HI i would like to know the procedure for getting my agreement papers for my flat if lost the original copy, My society does not have a copy and I too have lost my set so please advise me on this issue as early as possible as i need your help.

You will get the certified copy of the agreement at Dist., registrar office if your agreement letter is regd.,

1- Get the Certified copy if the Agreement is Registered with any Sub Registrar of Registration Department
3- Get the Copy from the Co- Operative Societies Registrar - the Society has to file - copies of Records with Co- Operative Sub Registrar
3- The Copy is also not available with SOciety -But the Records of Society show that you are one of the purchaser and paid the entire sale cosnideration and as society memebr you are recorded in the Society Reigsters/records - another Agreement between you and society can be executed -subject to Society Bey laws and Rules and Regulatations .

i do agree with the learned friends...
1- you need to get the Certified copy if that Agreement is Registered with any Sub Registrar of Registration Department.

4- another Agreement between you and society can be executed - subject to the Society by-laws and Rules and Regulatations, within the provisions of law for the time being in force.
