Rti question...............

(Querist) 06 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Respected sir / madam,

( 28-3-14 ) Last march month I sent one petition to tahsildar ( public Information officer ) under RTI act. But still now they are not any reply. I want to first appeal and punish the tahsildar ( PIO ). Where shall I appeal ( Address ).
NOTE: I sent by register post and I have acknowledge also.

Higher authority is collector of the jurisdiction

You can send first appeal to deputy commissioner or commissioner of the district as applicable.
