Looking at the current state of our Society, Its becomming difficult to trust a Public prosecutor.
Can appoint a privat advocate in state case IPC 354).
pls give ur ans. with cases

Yes, a private lawyer can be appoint but he will assist the P.P

YOU MAY FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE COURT ON THE COURT DATE AND PRAY FOR ALLOWING YOUR PRIVATE ADVOCATE TO APPEAR IN THE COURT TO ASSIST PP.YOU MAY FILE HIS VAKALATNAMA DULY SIGNED BY YOU AND WITH ENDORCEMENT FROM THE P.P.REGARDING NO OBJECTION.COURT MAY ALLOW YOUR APPLICATION.
