Jurisdiction in case of cyber crime

Dear Experts, kindly enlighten me on the below question -

- My financial online account was tried to be hacked by some unknown persons. I came to know of such illegal activity when I received password reset mail in my email. My question is what will be the jurisdiction in such case, my local area where I reside or the local area where someone tried to hack my account.

Usually, where the account is.

Cyber crime have wide scope, Territorial jurisdiction dos not ban Cyber crime Investigation by National Team.
In recent Kochi Hospital bank money cyber crime case, Money was trf all over India, and withdrawn by ATM.
Kochi Police arrested accused from all over India & Kochi Court is trying the case.

Even if hackers in International operators, if money lost from Bank in ur local area, it have Jurisdiction.
