Personal loan to an individual with terms and condition and a PDC

I am facing 498a (4yrs)and a maintenance case (3yrs)for a long time now; recently I managed to get exemption from personal appearance in both the cases after guidance from the esteemed panel of experts of the lawyer’s club thank you all, but that still doesn’t make me a free person.
I would like to speed up the trial process so that I can truly call myself free. And prove my innocence to the society.
I am requesting your valuable guidance regarding
1) How to apply for speedy trial

3) Where should it be applied district high court immediate superior to the current magistrate court or the state high court

4) Should I apply it in person or ask my current lawyer to help me (he might not be willing as the current judge might view it as a complaint against him.) or I can use another lawyer from the higher court, or should I ask my current lawyer to suggest any friend of his in the higher court.

Section 143 in The Railways Act, 1989
Penalty for unauthorised carrying on of business of procuring and supplying of railway tickets.—
(1) If any person, not being a railway servant or an agent authorised in this behalf,—
(a) carries on the business of procuring and supplying tickets for travel on a railway or from reserved accommodation for journey in a train; or
(b) purchases or sells or attempts to purchase or sell tickets with a view to carrying on any such business either by himself or by any other person, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees, or with both, and shall also forfeit the tickets which he so procures, supplies, purchases, sells or attempts to purchase or sell: Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than imprisonment for a term of one month or a fine of five thousand rupees.
(2) Whoever abets any offence punishable under this section shall, whether or not such offence is committed, be punishable with the same punishment as is provided for the offence.

1. Can office/business place tenancy in Mumbai be transferred under a will to ones wife ?
2. If no, to whom does the tenancy pass, if the tenant in whose name rent receipt is issued, has expired and tenanted premises is used by sons A & B for respective own business at time of tenants death.
3. Of the two sons, one son A closes down business in a few years after death of father and stops using the tenanted premises and the other son B who continues with using the premises for business and payment of rent for the next many years till date(rent receipt still in name of father) and at this juncture after many years if the question of rightful tenant is to be decided, who is it ?
4. Can son A stake any claim in the office tenancy or will it rest with B to the exclusion of all others.

dear sir
I am landlord with pagdi tenants. Off late couple of tenants have started parking four wheeler cars inside my premises and openly challenge me that they have full right to park . Sir their rent is hardly 100 rupees and i hve not given any permission to them to park . If they do not move their vehicle what approach should i take . I did go to local police station and made a complaint but nothing had happened .

I am preparing for civil service exam. My family belongs to UP(Uttar Pradesh) and I was born there. Since I was 2.5 years old, we settled in Delhi. I did my schooling in delhi. Now I am in Bangalore since 2009.
Now my question is, where should I apply for certification means in Bangalore /UP/Delhi ?
I will use my Xth certificate for date of birth, which I did in Delhi.
I am asking this question because, one person had raised the similar point as his certificate was rejected by UPSC. Below is the URL for the same.

Indian Railway doesn't allow anybody to book for other in the intention of making money.
So, Can some appoint me as his power of attorney agent to book the train ticket on their behalf either online or offline for which they'd pay me some commission ?
Will this be now legal?
