IPC 211 against false dowry case

My Wife had filled false dowry case against me. After long battle we won the case based on wrong statements she has made and the audio recordings I povided.

Can I fill a case in IPC 211 (False charge of offense made with intent to injure)on her.

What are the chances of getting a conviction as I couldnot find any thing related to this IPC on net.

As section 211 IPC is hit by section 195 Cr.P.C,so you can not directly file any complaint.You have to move an application in court u/s 340 Cr.P.C. with a request that a complaint u/s 211 IPC be made by court against your wife.However all most all courts of India avoid to take any action in such matters.
