Go thru rules that describe ‘Eligibility’ ‘Ineligibility’ ‘Cancellation of Candidature……………………….even at a later stage’ ‘ Refund of fee’ ‘Forfeiture of advance, fee’ ‘Forfeiture of refund’ published by c, and b and also prospectus of b and if you have not indulged in anything that can lead to declaring you ineligible then you may have a good case.
It shall be better to show all record and documents to a lawyer at your location, in person.

Go through the prospectus. Send notice if steps are against the rules and if no action taken by the college, file case.
