My parents filed a cheating case (Private Complaint)on basis of an unregistered agreement for clearing 23lakhs of debts which I had signed under severe harassment of police in 2021. I already cleared 30 lakhs before that agreement.I married a girl against their will. After marriage I left all my belongings at home. My father and my step mother stole my inactive bank account cheques.Now they are misusing them by stating that I gave those cheques on basis of that Agreement. A lawyer notice also sent to my office stating not to call me for employment untill enquiry is completed.
I didn't receive any lawyer notice for cheque bounce and summons from court.
Now the office staff are saying to clear the case first.Now I am unemployed and unable to pay the maintainance charges of charges as per RDO orders.
Please advise
Your employer has nothing to do with your personal issues.
If your parents have filed the case against you, then you can challenge the same on merits.
