PRIVATE COMPLAINT ON MONEY MATTERS BY MY FATHER

Respected Sir/Madam
My father recently made a private complaint against me stating that he had spent 65 lakhs for my job in merchant Navy which is completely a false one. He claimed that I cleared only 23 lakhs and pressuring me to clear the rest. We are 2 brothers and one sister for our late mother, Elder brother is doctor and sister is married to a seaman working in merchant Navy. One son for my step mother, he is also working in merchant Navy.
All the times my father is stating that he has spent 65 lakhs on me. My father retired in 2010. My younger step brother is of 12 years old as of 2010. My elder brother, a doctor, my father spent a lot on him. But he is not even asking him to clear debts. Now Sub-Inspector is calling me to station.
My father had complained in R.D.O court before. R.D.O states that all 3 brothers have to give 3000rs per month. I am sending him through phonepe monthly. R.D.O also states that civil matters ( regarding debts) to be settled in civil court. My father and step mother are mentally harassing me to clear debts.

Please advise....

Is there any agreement to that extent, if yes -  then he has right to recover.

If he has secured a loan or a debt for your education then you have to clear that off. But if the money was spend on all of the brothers he should submit accounts for that and you can clear your share. Ask him to submit accounts for the money he spend on your education; However it is duty of children (sons) to maintain parents, he can file application for maintenance.
